Previously under the alter ego of Mala Sangre, I started my journey into plastic arts around 2011 by improvising abstract paintings and constructing digital collages.
In fact, to this day, not having a plan or not needing a form remain extremely appealing aspects of my creative process.
Although, perhaps more inherently, I've never been quite willing to overcome a particular sense of wonder and wandering within my mind, which I believe feeds me this little taste for imperfection, alteration and formlessness.
Aesthetically, I am attracted to Noise, Thorn-like Artifacts & Harsh Contrasts, while thematically, well, I'll let you be the judge of that.
Creatively, I attempt to distance myself from a purely technical method and particularly what I like to call "artisanat"; the absurd, obsessive & industrious rationalisation of the creative process.
Among many others, I am inspired by works of Art from the Baroque, Symbolist & Decadent periods.
